We are a manufacturer, and we have built up our factory since 1998. Our factory is located in Nanjing city of China.

Our factory is near Nanjing airport. we can pick you up at the airport, and we can help you book the hotel if you plan to stay and visit our factory.

4. What is the delivery time if I place an order from your company?

Generally speaking, the lead time would be within 25 days if your order is not over 3 containers. If the order belongs to customized products, we may need another 2 weeks to make special molds for production.

 

5. How do you pack the finished products, or What is the way of transportation of the packages?

We wrap all products with air bubble films and use pallets and steel strips to bundle up each package of products. When loading all products into containers, we also use special airbags and wood bars to stabilize the packages of products during the shipment.

 

6. What would after-sale service be, such as shipment, installation, and maintenance?

We can make the shipment of your order as you indicate. As for the installation, we can supply the detailed assembly drawings and we can also send the installation instructor if you want one. Besides, we will give our customers knowledge about racking system maintenance so as to make sure your operation is right.
